Lonsdale Health Products makes more the 150 million tablets and capsules each year and holds around 400 formulas. What marks us out from other contract manufactures is that although we do manufacture large production runs, we can manufacture smaller, niche bespoke products for the smaller customer.

They come in the form of:
Tablets
Tablets were our first ever product so we have our longest experience with them. We can supply all shapes and sizes and colours.
Capsules
Capsules, another long-serving product, can be supplied as gelatin or vegetarian shells. Customers can request coloured and printed capsules. They come in a range of shapes and sizes, and can be packed to a customer's requirements in containers, sachets or blister packs.
Powders
A dedicated filling machine makes our powder blends, which come in containers and sachets of variable sizes.
Flexibility
It is important to note that short production runs, starting at 50,000, are no problem. Customers are not restricted by the high minimum orders imposed by many manufacturers.
Lonsdale Health Products can offer this flexibility because of a decision taken to stay with semi-automatic machinery, rather than introduce full automation. This enables us fill certain types of products, for example with herbs, which automatic machinery would find difficult to do.
